Healthy teeth begin quickly and live their entire life. Having your child take care of their teeth can prevent cavities, gum problems, and other oral health problems. Here are 9 practical and easy-to-use tips to protect your child's bright smile:

Care for your oral health should be given when your child does not have a tooth. Moisten a soft, clean cloth and gently wipe the baby's gums with it. When the teeth come out, the toothbrush is replaced with a small amount of soft bristles and toothpaste that is especially baby-shaped (no larger than a small rice rash of fluoride toothpaste). To make them fun, make it an interactive activity and ensure they can enjoy it.

Use the right toothbrush cases. Look with a small head and soft bust designed for toddlers or children. Soft sprats are soft when developing the gums and teeth. Change the toothbrush every 3-4 months or soon if it shows signs of use.

Show your child how to brush using soft circular movements, and be sure to cover all tooth surfaces. Especially the focus on the rear molar, where cavities develop. Encourage brushing for at least two minutes, twice a day – morning and night.

Sugar is an important cause of cavities. Restrictive caramels, soft drinks, and sweet behavior, and replace them with healthy alternatives such as fruits, vegetables, cheese, and whole grains. If your baby has sugar, promote brushing or later, the water counts.

Water is the best drink for the child's teeth. It helps to wash food particles and keep your mouth clean. Water to water after eating, between food, and to reduce the risk of cavities.

When your child has 2 teeth in contact, then it is time to floss. The use of floss clears out food and plaque that is lodged between the teeth to which brushing does not provide access to. The process can be made easier and more comfortable using floss sticks or soft dental floss that is friendly to kids.

Regular checkups at the dentist are important for the child's oral health. A dentist for children can hit the first symptoms of enamel, manual proper dental care and comfortably help your child's spirit inside the dental chair. Take a look in succession, in the form of six months, or through the dentist.

Tooth fluoride makes the teeth enamel tougher and prevents cavities. Apply the correct amount of fluoride toothpaste depending on the age of your child, and consult your dentist on the need to provide extra fluoride treatment to your child. Watch out for overconsumption of fluoride, as this may cause hints or slight discoloration (fluorosis).

Children learn by looking at their parents. Put a good example of brushing and gentle teeth every day. Make dental care a family routine and show your child that it is important to maintain a healthy smile, and fun!
